The Beginning of Van Life

For the last few months we've been working on making some major life changes and this has been the biggest one so far!

After 6 years we decided to leave Los Angeles. It’s strange leaving a place that you’ve put everything into to call it home. We packed up our beautiful downtown loft apartment, said goodbye to our friends, ate at all of our favorite restaurants, visited the beach, and kissed LA goodbye.

As we headed east we made a quick stop in Colorado to meet our new home on wheels! A 2018 Dodge Ram Promaster that has been converted into a fully functional camper van thanks to our friends at Dave and Matt Vans.

The decision to jump into vanlife has been something we’ve been dreaming about for a while now. After our 14-day adventure across county with Escape Vans, we realized this was something we might want to do long-term.

Here’s a tour of our van after we first picked it up.

In the next few weeks, we plan to add a closet, bench, and decorate this baby to call her home!
